Job Summary:

The Account Manager oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. He/she is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Conducts various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota.
  2. Maintains quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts.
  3. Sets sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies.
  4. Communicates with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
  5. Generates innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
  6. Manages multiple accounts and develops positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints.
  7. Drives client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
  8. Utilizes client feedback to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

Education:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.

Experience:

  1. With at least 2 years of experience in sales or selling IT products, solutions, and services.
  2. Exposed to Account and Relationship Management.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Knowledge in Business Development or in Sales and Technical Operations.
  2. Above average desktop skills (i.e., MS Office, especially PowerPoint).
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Very good negotiation skills.
  5. Works well under pressure.
  6. Amenable to work in Makati from Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM.
