About the role

Pure Green Solutions Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects. What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including project planning, scheduling, and monitoring

  2. Ensure that projects adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental considerations

  3. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any technical or operational challenges

  4. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the broader project team to ensure seamless project delivery

  5. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and cost control measures

  6. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry best practices

  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations to enhance project efficiency and sustainability

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field

  2. Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer in the civil/structural engineering industry

  3. Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment

  4. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

  5. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques

  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams

  7. Commitment to adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations

  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
