ServiceNow Web Developer
Work Setup: Remote
Location: APAC
Schedule: EST Work Schedule / Night Shift
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with ServiceNow products, particularly ITSM, CSM, and FSM. Experience with additional ServiceNow product lines is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub for system integrations.
Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
Experience working within an Agile development environment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborate effectively within a team.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
