Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, solutioning, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and project delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships within the Sales, Marketing, and Delivery organization.
  • Support in winning bids for SBU by participating in end-to-end bid management of medium-large deals.
  • Build reusable assets such as proposal templates, pricing models, and approaches to reduce cycle time and effort in building responses.
  • Lead bids as the proposal coordinator, working with Centers of Excellence (COEs), SAP Practice Heads, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for solutioning.

Job Requirements:

  • BA or BS, preferably in English, Journalism, Business, Computer Science, or a similar degree.
  • Over 9 years of experience working in a similar field.
  • Experience in Proposal/Bid Management and RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes, organizing and managing winning proposals in response to RFPs.
  • Thorough experience in attending proposal kick-off meetings, participating in storyboarding sessions, attending review meetings, managing deal governance, and delivering the completed proposal.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize and think creatively.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Time management, planning, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
