Job Description: SEO Implementation Specialist (On-Page, Off-Page SEO & Google Ads Focus)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, as well as managing Google Ads campaigns to improve search engine rankings, drive traffic, and maximize ROI. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, digital marketing tools, and data analysis. This position reports to the Marketing Director.

ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO:

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for target keywords.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.

  • Improve website structure and internal linking to enhance crawlability and user experience.

  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligned with search intent.

  • Monitor and improve website performance metrics such as page speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.

Off-Page SEO:

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.

  • Manage digital PR campaigns to improve brand mentions and online reputation.

  • Leverage social media platforms to drive engagement and generate backlinks.

  • Identify opportunities for guest posting, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify link-building opportunities and refine strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor campaign performance.

  • Track rankings, traffic trends, conversion rates, and other KPIs to measure success.

  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and Google Ads best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in SEO implementation (on-page & off-page) and Google Ads management.

  • 2-3 years of healthcare marketing experience a bonus.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Tag Manager.

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for technical SEO optimizations is a plus.

Skills

  • Expertise in keyword research and optimization techniques.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, in particular dental services.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
