Partner Growth and Key Account Management Team Lead - Cavite

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Local Area Business Growth Team Lead to oversee a team focused on expanding our business in the local area. You will manage merchant acquisition and account management efforts, working closely with your team to identify and onboard new partner merchants, negotiate partnership terms, and ensure a seamless onboarding process. Your leadership will be crucial in driving growth and expanding our network of partner merchants in the local area.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Partner Merchant Acquisition Specialists and Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team meets its goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and onboard new partner merchants, focusing on strategic growth areas and key market segments.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements with prospective partner merchants, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and the merchant's needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to drive merchant engagement and growth.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for expanding our partner merchant network and optimizing the performance of existing partner merchants.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and growing partner merchants, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite software.
  • Knowledge of the local food scene and culinary trends is a plus.
