Cashier (Pasig)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Cashier to handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized front counter area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system.

• Accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile payments.

• Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.

• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff.

• Ensure order accuracy and timely service.

• Package takeout or to-go orders when necessary.

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.

• Take customer orders accurately, answer menu questions, and make recommendations when needed.

• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience as a Cashier

• College undergraduate

• With pleasing personality

• Willing to undergo training
