Position: Procurement Assistant
Work setup & Shift: Dayshift | Work from Home
Site: 1880 Bldg. Eastwood
You'll Have

- Duties for this role will include but not limited to:
- Purchasing from local and overseas suppliers
- Building & maintaining supplier relationships
- Negotiating pricing with suppliers
- Customer invoicing
- Maintaining min / max orders on a daily basis
- Other ad hoc duties
- Microsoft office experience in excel and teams
- ERP Pronto Experience – not essential
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to keep detailed focus under pressure and multitask effectively
- Motivated and loyal applicant with communications skills
- The successful candidate must have the following:
- Prior experience in a purchasing position in the IT channel
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to time manage
- Data entry skills
- Be able to think outside the box and willingness to learn about stock management
- Happy to work within a close knit team but with the ability to work autonomously as well
- Motivated
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Loyal
- International company working experience preferred
- Purchasing related experience preferred
