Job Description:

  1. Monitor KPIs of Dressing Plant Operations.
  2. Identify areas needing improvement, conduct thorough investigations and experiments, and provide recommendations along with action plans to resolve operational concerns.
  3. Provide technical assistance to enhance operational efficiency by supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective quality management system through the Certification Program.
  4. Conduct routine compliance checks on dressing plant facilities to identify best practices and areas for continuous improvement.
