RTR Supervisor: Lead Month-End Close

Avon Poland is seeking an experienced RTR Supervisor to lead our Record to Report team across CELL markets. You’ll drive month-end close, ensure IFRS compliance, and develop a high-performing finance group in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will oversee asset, revenue, inventory, and payroll accounting, strengthen internal controls, support audits, and drive process improvements through automation and standardisation, while mentoring staff.
