Job Summary

The Head of Marketing Services is responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end functions of the marketing services unit, encompassing content and graphic design, digital marketing, trade and events, and potential brand initiatives. This leadership role ensures that the team delivers high-quality marketing materials and initiatives on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic objectives. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., product management, sales) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to align and execute marketing strategies effectively.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and budgets across multiple platforms, both online and offline.

  • Lead and manage the marketing services team, including digital marketing, graphic design, and events management functions.

  • Review and approve creative designs, digital content, merchandise production, and campaign outputs to ensure quality and brand consistency.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of BTL (Below-the-Line) activities, trade shows, and company events including logistics, ingress/egress, and post-event reporting.

  • Manage and nurture vendor relationships including agencies, printers, and marketing suppliers.

  • Understand and oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM optimization, social media management, influencer engagement, email marketing, and digital media buys (including OOH placements).

  • Measure, analyze, and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs to inform future strategies.

  • Apply strategic market segmentation and identify primary target markets, especially in a B2B context.

  • Ensure the team is equipped with appropriate tools, resources, and processes to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.

  • Foster collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members, fostering growth and high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Creative Writing, Interdisciplinary Studies, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing management or a related function.

    • Preferably with experience in Telecom, IT, Cloud Services (e.g., Microsoft), IT Equipment Wholesale, System Integration, or Hardware Distribution industries.

    • Proven track record of leading a marketing team and managing multi-channel marketing initiatives.

      • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

      • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel for business casing and analytics.

      • Knowledgeable in social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and digital marketing tools.

      • Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
