As an Accounting Manager, you will lead daily accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide financial insights that drive business decisions. Your leadership will empower a skilled accounting team to deliver accurate reporting and efficient financial management.

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM (Weekends off)

Work Setup: Onsite - Davao City

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Daily Tasks

• Oversee daily general ledger operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support financial planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
