Our businesses operate across migration, international education, recruitment and HR services, with new business ventures and digital projects continuing to be developed.

As we expand, Gogozing Philippines OPC is looking for a capable and resourceful Full Stack Developer to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a developer who can work across both front-end and back-end development and, importantly, work independently and take ownership of projects.

You will develop and maintain websites and digital systems across the Gogozing group while also working on external client projects.

Projects may involve website development, web applications, CRM integrations, business automation and AI.

We want someone who can understand a business requirement, recommend an appropriate technical solution and take a project from concept through to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain company and client websites

• Handle front-end and back-end development

• Build responsive, professional and user-friendly interfaces

• Develop databases, APIs and back-end functionality

• Integrate third-party applications and services

• Assist with GoHighLevel CRM implementation and integration

• Build workflow and business-process automations

• Develop AI and API integrations

• Deploy, maintain and optimise websites and web applications

• Troubleshoot technical issues independently

• Test and quality-check projects before deployment

• Recommend appropriate technologies and technical solutions

• Use modern development and AI tools to improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

You should be someone who:

• Can work independently with minimal supervision

• Has strong full-stack development fundamentals

• Can take ownership of projects from concept to completion

• Is resourceful and capable of solving unfamiliar technical problems

• Can translate business requirements into technical solutions

Communicates clearly with non-technical colleagues

Can manage priorities and meet deadlines

Is comfortable learning new technologies and platforms

Technical Skills

Experience with a combination of:

• HTML / CSS

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• React, Next.js, Vue or similar frameworks

• Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python or similar back-end technologies

• SQL and/or NoSQL databases

• REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Git and version control

• Responsive web development

• Hosting and deployment

• Website performance and security

We are more interested in what you can actually build than whether your preferred technology stack exactly matches this list.

Advantageous Skills

Experience with any of the following will be highly regarded:

• GoHighLevel

• Zapier, Make or n8n

• OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs and AI integrations

• Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar AI development tools

• WordPress / WooCommerce

• Shopify

• CRM and payment integrations

• Cloudflare / AWS / Google Cloud

• Technical SEO and analytics

GoHighLevel experience is advantageous but not essential. A strong developer who can quickly learn new platforms is more important to us.

If AI can help you develop, test, debug or automate something faster and better, we want you to use it.

However, you must understand the code and systems you are responsible for and be capable of independently identifying and resolving technical problems.

What We Offer

• ₱40,000–₱60,000 monthly salary, depending on experience and demonstrated ability
