JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Manager – Product Development and Marketing Communications Department is responsible for assisting in the development, enhancement, promotion, and management of the Association's savings, loan, investment, and other financial products and services. The position supports the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies designed to increase member awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, and utilization of the Association's products and services.
The position combines product development, market research, member insights, marketing communications, digital engagement, financial education, promotional activities, and brand management. The Assistant Manager works closely with the PDMCD Head, management and various departments to ensure that products and marketing initiatives support the Association's strategic objectives while maintaining accuracy, transparency, ethical standards, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in product development, marketing, financial services, communications, customer/member relations, or a related field.
Experience in a bank, cooperative, savings and loan association, credit institution, insurance company, fintech, or other financial services organization is an advantage.
Experience in developing and launching products, managing marketing campaigns, or coordinating cross-functional projects is preferred.
Supervisory or team-leadership experience is an advantage.
