Structural BIM Designer – Manila

As Structural BIM Designer at Black & White Engineering in Manila, you will produce and modify high-quality structural drawings and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD, working alongside engineering teams to ensure that design information is precise, well-coordinated and delivered on time.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related engineering or design discipline, or a relevant qualification or certificate.
• Minimum three years of technical experience in BIM, with proven ability to produce and modify high-quality 2D and 3D structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of CAD conventions including layering, x-refs, paper space and model space.
• Strong attention to detail, with experience checking the quality and accuracy of your own work and that of others.
• Ability to prioritise your own workload and deliver accurately to agreed deadlines.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with engineering staff and design team members on drawing requirements and modifications.
