Job DescriptionDescription
  • Overall management, development, administration, coordination, evaluation of Human Resource plans, programs, and strategies in the following pillars:
  • Recruitment and Retention
  • Employee Discipline and Grievances
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance and Talent Management
  • Training & Development
  • Compliance to Government Labor Regulations such as DOLE, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and the BIR.
  • Supervision and control in the utilization of the Human Resource Department budget.
  • Institutionalization and continuous inculcation of the company's Core Values as company's Work Culture.
  • Compliance to company Vision, Mission & Core Values.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance with government regulatory agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and BIR.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage HR budgets effectively.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in building and maintaining a positive work culture aligned with company values.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to organizational goals and values.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CHRP) is a plus.

At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
