FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay
In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay, and under the direct supervision of the Sports & Leisure Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing guest service within the Sports and Leisure facilities of the Resort in accordance with established procedures and standards for courtesy and timeliness, as well as lifeguarding duties, as necessary. This position is also responsible for the order and cleanliness of all Sports and Leisure facilities and equipment, taking into consideration the established cleanliness standards for said areas.

1. MEETS AND EXCEEDS CUSTOMERS AND TEAM MEMBERS' EXPECTATIONS:
- Providing "Only the BEST for our Guests" service and teamwork.
- Establishing and communicating customer service objectives which support achievements of Crimson's Mission and Vision.
- Monitoring customer service levels and counseling employees with alternative methods of responding to customer requests.
- Ensuring that employees receive the training necessary to provide "Only the BEST for our Guests" service.
- Determining customer delight level and needs by reviewing comment cards and talking to customers regularly.
- Providing staff with the skills training to be able to provide value-added service to customers.
- Performing other duties as required to provide "Only the BEST for our Guests" service and teamwork.
2. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
- Monitoring the level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing customer feedback on sports and leisure activities and services.
- Exceeding customer satisfaction and maximizing return customers.
- Meeting customers whenever possible.
- Practicing maximum flexibility and creativity when dealing with special customers.
3. COMMUNICATION:
- Attending Sports & Leisure Department meetings and participating in discussions.
- Providing feedback to Management and highlighting achievements, problems, and challenges.
4. SPORTS & LEISURE OPERATIONS:
- General Duties:
- At the beginning of the shift, checks/inspects the area(s) where assigned.
- Ensures the area, facility, and equipment are clean, orderly, and working.
- Prior to the start of operations, checks on guest amenities and supplies in the area.
- Responds to guest inquiries on sports and leisure facilities and services, ensuring information given is complete, accurate, and timely.
- Regularly reviews relevant literature and keeps track of all information and updates related to the sport and leisure facilities.
- Notes down all reservations and appointments, ensuring needed information is requested from guests and recorded.
- Briefs guests on safety instructions needed prior to performance of any activity.
- Implements hotel policy applicable on the use of sports and leisure facilities.
- Performs lifeguarding duties, prioritizing the life and safety of guests in the pool area.
- Attends to guests requesting equipment, properly monitoring the issue and return of equipment.
- Monitors guest use of the pool, giving proper safety instruction and restrictions.
- Maintains records as specified in established procedures.
- Operates the pool pump for purposes of vacuuming, filtering, draining, and refilling the pools.
- Performs lifeguarding duties, prioritizing life and safety of guests, especially children.
- Ensures that the beach area is free from litter, and sand is properly raked.
- Offers the use of water sports facilities and handles required billing transactions.
- May be requested to review the list of activities and make suggestions to maximize customer delight.
- May be assigned to facilitate group teambuilding activities.
5. HEALTH, SAFETY AND HYGIENE:
- Ensures safe working practices and adheres to safety standards.
- Monitors cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Adheres to grooming and appearance standards of employees.
6. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other Hotel employees.
- Projects a favorable image of Crimson Resort & Spa to the public.
- Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
