Position: WSO2 Developer

This role is responsible for delivering innovative solutions based on the edge WSO2 ESB. The primary function of this role is to deliver customer satisfaction through Design, Development, and Testing roles on WSO2 ESB projects, ensuring consistent use of methodologies with timely and effective delivery execution.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable, highly available, and reusable applications.
  2. Lead the implementation of suitable solutions and implementation standards.
  3. Work closely with project managers and architects to understand integration requirements and translate these to junior members of the team.
  4. Assign tasks to other developers in the team suitable to their skill level and the complexity of work.
  5. Provide timely status updates to project leadership and highlight problems early.
  6. Be proactive, take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks to meet commitments to clients on time and of quality.
  7. Contribute to our Intellectual Property, Project Accelerators & Software development.
  8. Demonstrate teamwork by proactively assisting other team members across projects, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team meetings and events.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across our methodologies, IP, and internal processes/operations.
  10. Work independently with the given set of requirements and able to translate them into working code and produce easy to read and understandable documentation.
  11. Develop and deliver code for integrating complex systems that is easy to read, comprehend, and maintain.
  12. Willingness to travel globally and be flexible in working hours and location based on our customer's needs.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API design and development.
  2. Strong Java development background and understanding of integration principles.
  3. Hands-on experience with exposing web services (SOAP and/or REST).
  4. Used any version control system (e.g., Git, GitLab, AWS CodeCommit, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, CVS, SVN, Mercurial, etc.).
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  1. WSO2, Apigee, Boomi, WebMethods, Tibco, Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, Workato, Snaplogic, Jitterbit, Talend, Informatica.
  2. WSO2 Certified Micro Integrator Practitioner.
  3. WSO2 API Manager Expert.
  4. WSO2 Certified Identity Server Developer.
  5. WSO2 Certified Solutions Architect Associates.
