About the internship
Over a 6‑month immersive journey, applicants are screened and assigned to the team that best aligns with their skillsets, interests, and potential, ensuring that every intern thrives in a role where they can add genuine value. Internship opportunities are available in strategic areas such as Commercial, E‑Commerce, Business Development, Performance Marketing, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing, People & Organization, Operations, Finance, and Technology.
Interns collaborate closely with global teams and senior business leaders, experiencing an entrepreneurial culture that values bold ideas, innovation, and a strong can‑do mindset.
In addition to their core role, participants gain access to structured learning sessions, mentorship from industry experts, and cross‑functional exposure, enabling them to develop both depth and breadth in their capabilities. This program empowers emerging talent to take meaningful steps toward their career goals while contributing to initiatives that drive Emma’s continued growth across the APAC region.
Who we’re looking for
- Individuals who thrive in an agile, high‑growth global scale‑up environment
- Graduating students, current undergraduates, or those planning further studies, maintaining 15 units or fewer in the current or upcoming semester
- Seeking a hybrid work setup, combining onsite engagement at our BGC, Shanghai, or Seoul offices twice weekly with remote flexibility
- Committed to a six‑month development experience with 6‑8 working hours daily, Monday through Friday
