Job Description

Position Title: Technical Recruiter
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PH Time
Salary: PHP 50,000

We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter to join our team through Boomering. This role will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and optimizing custom web solutions from concept to deployment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including design, strategy, and operations to ensure seamless digital experiences across platforms. Your work will directly support the mission of empowering businesses through tailored workforce solutions and performance-focused systems.

Responsibilities as Technical Recruiter:
  1. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
  2. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical hiring requirements and craft tailored sourcing strategies.
  3. You will use a combination of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent databases, Boolean search, and networking to find and engage qualified candidates.
  4. You'll screen and assess candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment, ensuring a smooth and informed recruitment journey.
  5. You'll contribute to employer branding efforts and help build strong talent pipelines in competitive tech markets.
Qualifications as a Technical Recruiter:
  1. Collaborate with clients to define hiring needs and role requirements for a variety of technical positions.
  2. Create compelling job postings and actively manage applications through ATS platforms.
  3. Proactively source and connect with passive candidates in niche tech areas such as DevOps, backend/frontend development, AI/ML, and more.
  4. Conduct structured interviews and present candidate shortlists with clear evaluations.
  5. Manage the candidate's experience from first contact through onboarding, ensuring transparency and engagement at every step.
  6. Track recruitment metrics and use data to inform decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
  7. Stay up to date with tech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement across relevant industries.
