About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our Financial team at our Baguio City location in Benguet. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to earn up to 23,000 pesos monthly whilst providing outstanding support to our financial services clients. As a Financial Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality assistance, managing client interactions, and contributing to the success of our financial operations. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring client satisfaction in the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from financial services clients with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information regarding financial products, services, and account details to customers
- Process customer transactions, account updates, and service requests efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Comply with financial regulations, company policies, and quality standards in all customer interactions
