AbouttheRole
We'relookingforanexperiencedTechnicalRecruiterwithastrongunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopmentandtechnologytalent. Thisisahands-onrecruitmentrolefocusedonsourcing,engagingandqualifyingtechnicalprofessionalsacrosssoftwaredevelopmentandrelatedtechnologydisciplines. You'llworkcloselywithAustralianrecruitmentconsultantstounderstandtechnicalrequirements,identifysuitablecandidates,buildspecialisttalentpipelinesandmanagecandidatesthroughouttherecruitmentprocess. Thisroleisidealforarecruiterwhocangobeyondkeywordmatchinganddevelopagenuineunderstandingoftechnologystacks,developmentenvironments,technicaljobrequirementsandtheskillsthatdifferentiatestrongcandidates.
