Overview
Cool Works Site Supervisor — Oversee daily site operations and ensure safety compliance, manage and coordinate construction activities and workforce, collaborate with project managers and subcontractors, maintain project schedules and budgets, conduct quality control inspections, provide regular reports on progress and issues, and resolve site-related challenges effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management tools, strong communication skills, and ability to oversee site operations effectively.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on construction sites, requiring physical presence and adaptability to varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality work.
