As a Coordinator, Travel and Events at B. Braun you will play a vital role in managing corporate travel arrangements and organizing events to ensure smooth execution and a positive experience for all participants.
Your key responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel logistics, booking accommodations, managing itineraries, and ensuring compliance with company travel policies. Additionally, the coordinator plans and executes corporate events, handling venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site logistics.
- Manage event logistics such as venue selection, registration processes, travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Handle scheduling, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to support business operations.
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping for all administrative functions.
- Arrange travel plans for employees, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints.
- Provide support in visa processing, travel documentation, and reimbursement processes.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of sales and marketing assets, including promotional materials, product samples, and convention supplies.
- Oversee the creation, distribution, and shipment of marketing materials such as brochures, promotional items, and digital content.

What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Min 2-4 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations.
