JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assists in assessing the viability of raw land for acquisition; Verifies the accuracy of property boundaries;
Responsible in the computation and preparation of survey plans and technical descriptions in standard format of Subdivision Projects for approval by government agencies and in other land survey related activities for Land titling.
Responsible for the preparation of survey technical documents for buyer's building permit and bank loan applications.
Computes the individual coordinates, area and VSR plans based on LMB standard format.
Prepares the individual Technical Description (TD) upon approval of the VSR plans and documents.
Prepares survey documents for Legal, Credit and Collection department and Home owners.
Prepares document for the maintenance and/or purchase of Surveying instruments and accessories.
Responsible for the computation and analysis of survey data for consideration in planning stage of the Subdivision Projects Site Development Plan (SDP) and Condominium Projects Master Site Development Plan (MDP);
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of B.S Geodetic Engineering.
With at least two (2) year experience in Land surveying/GE- Software.
Must be a Licensed Geodetic Engineer.
Computer literate (MS Application), Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Google Earth and other Survey software applications.
