Description

We are a fast-growing startup building a cutting-edge SaaS platform tailored for small business owners in appointment-driven industries. Our mission is to revolutionize how businesses manage their operations, schedule appointments, and engage with their customers. We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the end-to-end development of our product.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Development: Own the development process from architecture to deployment, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  2. Design and Build: Develop a modern, scalable, and responsive web application (React.js) and backend services (****).
  3. System Integration: Create robust APIs (REST/GraphQL) to integrate the frontend and backend seamlessly.
  4. Real-Time Features: Implement real-time updates for scheduling and appointment management using WebSocket or Socket.IO.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the UI/UX designer to translate designs into functional, responsive interfaces.
  6. Optimization: Ensure high performance and responsiveness for both web and iPad platforms.
  7. DevOps: Set up CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments, monitoring, and scaling.
  8. Scalability: Build a platform that can scale to handle thousands of businesses and users.
  9. Ownership: Contribute to the long-term vision of the product and provide technical leadership.
Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Expert in React.js (with Redux/Zustand/Context API) and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., TailwindCSS, Material-UI, SCSS).
  2. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
  3. Backend Development:
    1. Proficiency in Node.js with frameworks like NestJS or Express.js.
    2. Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
    3. Familiarity with ORM tools (e.g., Prisma, Sequelize).
    4. Experience with WebSocket or Socket.IO for live updates.
    5. Experience with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms.
    6. Setting up CI/CD pipelines and managing scalable deployments.
    7. Strong grasp of design patterns, modular architecture, and SOLID principles.
    8. Ability to design systems that are both maintainable and scalable.
    9. Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Nice-to-Have Skills:
    1. Experience building SaaS platforms or similar B2B tools.
    2. Familiarity with Firebase Authentication or similar auth systems.
    3. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes).
    4. Background in building real-time dashboards, analytics, or similar tools.
