Job Summary:
The Medical Affairs Officer is responsible for managing all activities related to the medical staff at Grace Medical Center. This includes handling doctors' concerns, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new doctors, organizing departmental committee meetings, and ensuring effective communication of the hospital's marketing programs and new services to the medical staff. The Medical Affairs Officer plays a key role in enhancing the hospital's services and supporting the professional growth of its doctors.
You are what we need if:
- Bachelor's degree in management, marketing or health care related courses
- Experience as a Medical Representative or in a sales-related job is an advantage
- Knowledgeable with medical terminologies and reports is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills and highly organized
- Keen attention to detail and can work independently
- Can handle pressure and deal with issues professionally using top-notch client interaction skills
- Great PR skills / communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Office, social media accounts, and handling emails
- Amenable to work within the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan
