Short DescriptionResponsibilities
- Triage all Ariba tickets as first point of contact and escalate to Tier 2 as necessary.
- Responsible for Master Data Management, Transaction Management, and Payment requests.
- Development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manuals for the creation and maintenance of master data.
- Create Ariba knowledge articles on frequently asked questions and add to ServiceNow.
Experience:
- At least four (4) years relevant experience in related field.
- At least one (1) year relevant experience in Financial Shared Services.
