Noodles Helper

About the role

Salary: ₱755 per working day (8 hours). Estimated monthly basic pay: ₱19,630 based on 26 working days. Actual pay depends on days worked. Overtime and applicable holiday pay are calculated separately.

Assist the Chinese chef at the noodle cooking station in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Help boil and cook noodles according to customer orders, prepare noodle bowls with toppings and vegetables, and support food preparation and serving activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chinese chef at the noodle cooking station

• Help boil and cook noodles according to customer orders

• Prepare noodle bowls, toppings, vegetables, and other ingredients

• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and serving preparation

• Clean and organize the noodle station, utensils, and kitchen tools

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company kitchen standards

• Perform other basic kitchen support duties as instructed

About you

• No experience making noodles from scratch is required

• Previous kitchen helper, ramen shop, noodle shop, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese restaurant experience is an advantage, but not required

• Hardworking, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

• Able to follow the Chinese chef's instructions

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and stand for extended periods

• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

• Available to start as soon as possible

• Government employment requirements preferred, or willing to complete them
