IT Fresh Graduate - Full Stack Developer (Laravel and PHP)Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Identify and recommend optimizations to improve the scalability of web applications.
    • Collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements for overall scalability and performance.
  • Multi-Tasking and Initiative:
    • Manage various web development tasks simultaneously, demonstrating effective multitasking capabilities.
    • Take initiative in handling assigned tasks, providing creative solutions with minimal direction.
  • Mentoring and Technical Guidance:
    • Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and assistance to peers within the web development team.
    • Foster a collaborative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development among team members.
  • Effective Communication:
    • Communicate seamlessly with team members across departments and organizational levels.
    • Facilitate clear and concise communication to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and milestones.
  • Quality Code Delivery:
    • Deliver high-quality code following established best practices in web development.
    • Uphold coding standards, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the maintenance of a robust web codebase.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Open to fresh graduates with a good scholastic record.
  • Internship or freelancing experience in web development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of at least one MVC framework, preferably CodeIgniter.
  • Knowledge of responsive layouts using Bootstrap, Less, Foundation, etc. is a plus.
  • Strong sense of CSS3 transitions and DOM-based animations.
  • Energetic self-starter with the ability to take ownership and be accountable for deliverables.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and asks questions and checks facts rather than assuming.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in Ayala, Makati on a hybrid work setup.
  • Must be amenable to start as soon as possible.
