  • Oversee key financial functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Tax.
  • Manage the finance team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with best practices.
  • Oversee financial systems, ensuring automation and continuous improvements in reporting.
  • Lead financial strategy execution across departments and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder & Investor Relations
  • Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide financial reports and insights to external stakeholders as required.
  • Lead financial negotiations, including loan agreements and investment deals.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role.
  • Experience in both local and international financial reporting standards.
Core Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, financial law, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Excel).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and investor relationship management experience.
Minimum Qualifications

The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the organization's financial strategy, planning, and performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this role ensures the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulations, risk management, and the efficient management of financial resources.
