As an AU Paraplanner, you will gain broad exposure to business services and tax issues while working in a dynamic, growing team. Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a paraplanner.
- Experience working in an Australian accounting practice.
- High level of personal maturity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Your Daily Tasks
- Prepare Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA).
- Review and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to company systems and procedures for file management, documentation, retention, and security.
- Draft and review email communications (queries and advice) for Australian advisers.
- Actively contribute to personal and team technical development.
- Manage time and projects efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
- Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills to enhance service quality.
