Shift: Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a paraplanner.
• Experience working in an Australian accounting practice.
• High level of personal maturity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Your Daily Tasks

• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA).
• Review and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to company systems and procedures for file management, documentation, retention, and security.
• Draft and review email communications (queries and advice) for Australian advisers.
• Actively contribute to personal and team technical development.
• Manage time and projects efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills to enhance service quality.
