Key Responsibilities
These responsibilities are under direct supervision and are for an entry‑level position with opportunity to develop professionally.
- Handling and processing routine transactions for the business unit.
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions within established guidelines.
- Preparing and submitting day‑to‑day deliverables and checklists to the next level on a daily basis.
- Resolving issues and highlighting them to supervisors or experts.
- Tracking trends within daily deliverables (SLA/KRA) and working with the supervisor to enhance processes and procedures.
- Using initiative for simple problems and referring more complex issues to supervisors or experts.
- Working effectively as a team member and independently.
- Becoming proficient in all areas of the job.
- Running and creating formal reports, including function‑specific reports.
- Following incident/regulatory breach reporting procedures for operational risks.
Skills / Qualifications
- A college or university degree with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Basic functional/industry knowledge preferred.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS‑Excel.

Manila Office, Philippines.
