Job Title: Sales Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Manila, Philippines (Hybrid)
Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, 9 AM - 6 PM
Industry: IT
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring potential clients for our IT and Non-IT BPO Recruitment services. This role focuses on generating leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation within the IT/BPO industry, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the IT, Non-IT, and BPO industries for recruitment services.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to acquire new business accounts while maintaining existing ones.
- Engage with decision-makers (HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and Business Owners) through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads based on their hiring needs, budget, and recruitment challenges.
- Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and tailor outreach strategies.
- Schedule meetings and presentations to pitch recruitment solutions to potential clients.
- Travel to Iloilo or other locations to visit, acquire, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients through collaboration, discussions, and networking.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales in IT/BPO recruitment or related industries.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and industry trends.
- Proven experience in cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
