Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, 9 AM - 6 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring potential clients for our IT and Non-IT BPO Recruitment services. This role focuses on generating leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation within the IT/BPO industry, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential clients in the IT, Non-IT, and BPO industries for recruitment services.
  2. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to acquire new business accounts while maintaining existing ones.
  3. Engage with decision-makers (HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and Business Owners) through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  4. Qualify leads based on their hiring needs, budget, and recruitment challenges.
  5. Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate and up-to-date client information.
  6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and tailor outreach strategies.
  7. Schedule meetings and presentations to pitch recruitment solutions to potential clients.
  8. Travel to Iloilo or other locations to visit, acquire, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients through collaboration, discussions, and networking.
  9. Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales in IT/BPO recruitment or related industries.
  3. Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and industry trends.
  4. Proven experience in cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
