Cost Management Supervisor

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the Account Management Team to gather data and finalize the Terms of Reference (TOR) for projects.

  • Coordinate with the Group Head to provide regular updates on the project's progress and status.

  • Prepare rate computations based on the TOR provided by the Account Management Team.

  • Evaluate third-party rates used in SMILSI operations to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.

  • Monitor contract validity and ensure timely renewals as necessary.

  • Create and present Monthly Operations Review highlights, summarizing key achievements and challenges.

  • Oversee the progress of direct reports, providing guidance and support for their professional development and project tasks.

  • Work closely with other support groups to ensure that cost assumptions align with industry standards and organizational expectations.

What we're looking for:

  • Background in Logistics, Procurement, or Cost Finance/Cost Engineering

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365

  • Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

  • Strong knowledge in budgeting, project planning, and monitoring

  • Experience in team management and handling personnel

  • Willingness to perform fieldwork as required
