The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulations, and handling legal documents related to business operations, contracts, and regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide legal counsel on corporate matters, including business registration, contracts, and compliance.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  4. Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, or negotiations when necessary.
  5. Assist in corporate governance, SEC filings, and other regulatory requirements.
  6. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and policies affecting the business.
  7. Work closely with management to mitigate risks and protect the company's interests.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Law and must be a Philippine Bar passer.
  2. Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in corporate law, business law, or related fields.
  3. Experience with SEC registration, business permits, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of Philippine corporate laws, taxation, and labor laws.
  5. Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
  7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
