Job Overview:

As a Financial Consultant, you will help clients achieve financial security and peace of mind through tailored insurance and investment solutions. This role is commission-based with a competitive allowance for those with sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Promote and sell life insurance and investment-linked products
  2. Conduct financial needs analysis for individuals, families, and businesses
  3. Educate clients on financial planning, wealth protection, and income replacement
  4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  5. Attend training, coaching sessions, and company events
  6. Take and pass the required Insurance Licensing Exam
  7. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
Qualifications:
  1. Open to college graduates and professionals from any industry
  2. Must be willing to take and pass the Insurance Commission Exam
  3. Sales experience preferred (qualified applicants may receive up to PHP 20,000 monthly allowance)
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Goal-oriented, driven, and coachable
  6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
