JOB SUMMARY
The candidate will take accountability for the Company's hiring which includes providing strategic direction as well as tactical recruiting for all organizational needs. This will involve strategizing with Management on Recruiting alignment and future direction, working with OZ heads on the qualification, and driving execution on fulfilling those needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Responsible for ensuring programs achieve business objectives by filling staffing requisitions with qualified candidates on a timely basis.

  2. Oversees and leads the strategic planning, development, and implementation of new recruitment processes and trends to ensure the company's competitiveness in recruiting.

  3. Drive the design, development, and delivery of effective sourcing plans.

  4. Manages the Sourcing Team and report on its performance.

  5. Monitors the recruitment process end-to-end and continuously recommends changes and improvements that align with business requirements.

  6. Develop and administer an effective ongoing recruitment process.

  7. Coordinates with Operations and other OZs to achieve recruitment headcounts and milestones. Works closely with all levels of management to satisfy recruiting needs.

  8. Develops recruitment plans, goals strategies, and activities.

  9. Establishes and maintains a recruiting network with various schools, training centers, and potential organizations that can provide/endorse a pool of applicants.

  10. Develops and produces reports and metrics that assist in forecasting, measuring, and evaluating recruitment activity and quality.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  1. Graduate of 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or any related field.

  2. At least 5 years of experience in recruitment & selection practices, procedures, processes, concepts, and principles with at least 5 years of work experience in marketing, sourcing, and head-hunting in the industry of Manufacturing.

  3. Has strong knowledge in multiple sourcing channel management.

  4. Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.

  5. Knows the talent market and has wide connections in the industry and other recruiting agencies.

  6. Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.

  7. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

  8. Strong business acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.

  9. Exposure to and implementation of Recruiting strategies.

  10. Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring OZs, and the Recruiting team.
