JOB TITLE: TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE (Outbound-LOCAL ACCOUNT) UP TO 20,000 OFFER plus COMMISSIONS UP TO 30K WITH PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVES

LOCATION: Binondo Manila

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Effectively sells life assurance products through outbound calls
  2. Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of our products from prospects
  3. Accurately identify needs by asking effective questions and listening attentively
  4. Matches product benefits accordingly and demonstrate how the product will satisfy customers' needs
  5. Able to secure commitment from customer to complete the purchase and payment processes
  6. Performs overtime on weekdays or/and weekends as needed by management in order to meet the needs of the business or individual targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  1. High School Graduate or College Level
  2. Min of 2 years Sales (Retail, Other industries) or Telemarketing Experience
  3. Considered: Financial Background (bank, insurance), Retail - Car, mobile (as long as they do active selling, call customers), Bank Assurance
  4. Not Considered: F&B cashier / crew, sales (Note: Upselling or reactive selling function will not be considered. These are employees who just wait for customers to approach them / come to them)
  5. Willing to work onsite in Binondo, Manila Office
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
  1. PC Knowledge (Windows essential) – Word, Excel an advantage
  2. Active Listening Skills. Able to interpret words, read between the lines, listens attentively and does not interrupt customers when talking.
  3. Flexible. Able to quickly adjust and provide a positive response to change, fast learner and can work under extreme pressure.
  4. Customer-focused. Understands and responds immediately to customer's needs and is able to provide efficient service at all times.
  5. Results oriented. Able to clearly understand and focus on the goal of the team, shows persistency and takes appropriate action to achieve sales target.
  6. Consistently delivers promise. Dependable and consistently follows established procedures in providing services and delivering what has been promised.
  7. Selling and Negotiating Skills. Must be able to call out to customers and convert quotes into sales.
  8. Typing Skills and Accuracy. Attention to detail is essential.
