Job DescriptionDescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product development) to align business development strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
- Monitor the performance of business development efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the logistics or warehouse industry.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
