Introduction

We are looking for a regional Trainer for Trip.Biz Service APAC (KULCC, MNLCC). The Trainer is responsible for leveraging APAC teams' mastery of competencies by developing and implementing effective training programs. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders such as TL, Service Managers, Central Trainer, QC and QA team to create comprehensive training plans, conducting sessions for new employees, and continuously assessing program effectiveness. Staying informed on industry trends, the trainer will incorporate innovative methods, driving improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.

In this Role, you'll get to

  1. Collaborate with Team Leads, Service Managers, the Central Training team, as well as QC and QA teams to design and implement training programs specifically tailored for Trip.Biz Service overseas operations.
  2. Facilitate learning and development by creating comprehensive training plans, organizing training schedules, and evaluating the success of programs by gathering feedback from trainees/employees.
  3. Conduct training sessions for new employees on Trip.Biz business processes and operations to ensure a smooth integration into the team and operations, as well as assess employees' learning speed and competency to ensure they meet the required business standards.
  4. Develop, prepare, and update training materials, deliver coaching sessions, and address any issues that may arise during training.
  5. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Keep updated of industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative training methods and content.
  7. Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by the service management or supervisors.

What you'll Need to Succeed

  1. Diploma or relevant qualification or above.
  2. Have full command of major GDS and other standard operational systems in the industry.
  3. Strong command of computing skills, especially MS Excel and PPT.
  4. Analytical skills to identify service level trends, successful cases, as well as business improvement opportunities at the agent, team, site, and regional level.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently convey information concisely in both one-on-one or public speaking situations.
