Responsibilities:
Manages and oversees end-to-end Payroll interface including Timekeeping to ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and data integrity.
Spearheads projects to improve service delivery.
Implements policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient payroll delivery.
Manages guidelines and internal processes for administration and support of statutory remittances.
Responsible for payroll reviews and validations as well as timekeeping accuracy.
Ensures that team members are adequately equipped to perform their duties and responsibilities.
Provides team members with opportunities for career development and maintains a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
At least 8 years of experience in handling Philippine Payroll/Compensation/HR.
Supervisory/Managerial experience.
Excellent computer skills, and proficiency in Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
General knowledge of various labor laws and practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Willing to work onsite - Quezon City/Taguig location.
Amenable to shifting schedule and work onsite.
