Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with relevant experience in non-life insurance claims.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of non-life insurance policies, claims procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive customer concerns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant claims management systems.
