Location: Digos, Sarangani Wide Area (Guihing, Kling, Tampakan, Maitum)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering Course.

  • At least 1 (one) year of experience in Irrigation works operation, canal repair and maintenance systems, culvert installation, and/or any related to water management.

  • Willing to be assigned to Kapalong, Digos, Sarangani area.

  • Computer literate / knowledgeable for Excel, Word & PowerPoint

  • Physically and mentally fit, with good moral character

  • Preferably with managerial experience in handling field workers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise the installation, rehabilitation, repair, and preventive maintenance of irrigation systems, pumps, pipelines, canals, valves, and related facilities.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and operational issues.

  • Ensure irrigation equipment and facilities are maintained in good working conditions to minimize downtime.

  • Coordinate fuel distribution and monitor fuel consumption of pump stations during irrigation operations.

  • Lead and supervise irrigation operators, pump tenders, mechanics, and field workers.
