Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring budget allocations and expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts as required to support decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to provide budget updates and ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with budget management processes and financial reporting.
  • Experience with budgeting software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
