Job DescriptionDescriptionSnapscale is looking for a skilled US Clinic Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
- Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement
- Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
- Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR)
- Monitor and oversee the clinic's virtual kiosks
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
- Up to PHP 35K package (depending on relevant years of experience)
- Government-mandated benefits

- Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or health insurance companies
- Must have experience in EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling
- Experience in medical billing and coding is a plus
- Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
- Proficient in both written and verbal English
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Must be willing to work onsite
