RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Device Installation
Install standard electronic devices such as GPS trackers, dash cameras, and telematics units in vehicles.
Follow manufacturer specifications, installation guides, and company procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
Secure devices neatly and ensure proper device orientation and visibility when applicable.
2. Wiring & Connectivity
Perform basic electrical wiring tasks, including proper connection to Power source, Ground and Accessory (ACC) circuits
Route and secure wiring for safety, minimal visibility, and long-term reliability.
3. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
Conduct initial tests to verify that installed devices are functioning correctly.
Identify and resolve basic installation-related issues or wiring problems.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or supervisors when necessary.
4. Quality Assurance & Documentation
Verify installation completeness and document installation details (photos, serial numbers, work forms, etc.).
Ensure work meets internal quality standards before turnover to clients or operations teams.
5. Safety & Compliance
Adhere to all safety protocols during installation tasks, both in the workshop and on client premises.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work tools and equipment.
6. Team Support & Learning
Assist senior technicians in more complex installations or troubleshooting.
Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning to improve technical skills.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in installation, electronics, wiring, or technical support. Fresh graduates with internships or OJT experience may be considered).
Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and wiring fundamentals.
Ability to safely and effectively use hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment.
Strong attention to detail, with effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of AI tools for marketing, analytics, or automation.
Willingness to work in the field and travel to client sites as required.
Experience in a start‑up environment is a plus.
