Location: Pasay City

Work Mode: Twice a week onsite in Two Ecom Pasay

Mandate skills: extensive knowledge on AdminsStudio InstallShield who can create MSI package from loose files not just using setup capture.

Job Summary:

The SCCM Packager is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Application Deployments. SCCM Packagers should have advanced skills in SCCM application packaging configuration and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment. The position requires a responsible, self-motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.

The ideal candidate we are looking for is someone who can customize package prior staging it to SCCM for deployment. What we need is who can do end-to-end Application Packaging and Distribution with extensive knowledge on AdminsStudio InstallShield who can create MSI package from loose files not just using setup capture. We also require someone who can demonstrate knowledge in creating object using Application Model through Application Management, create customized collection based on different deployment scenario and creating a deployment (Available and Mandatory), troubleshoot deployment issues and apply resolution based on the root cause. Doing scripting using PSADT (PowerShell Application Deployment Tool) is good to have. Knowledge in SQL scripting and Wise Scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Package software using AdminStudio, WiseScript, Batch scripting and PowerShell for distribution through SCCM
  2. Maintain the Application/package library, retiring and removing obsolete & redundant objects in SCCM
  3. Create, update, and delete dynamic and static collections for installation, modification, and removal of applications
  4. Manage monthly security patches utilizing SCCM and WSUS integration
  5. Evaluate and apply company standards and criteria using judgement in making adaptations and modifications to SCCM applications & packages. This includes scripting in the development of SCCM application/packages
  6. Troubleshoot deployment issue
  7. Perform other related duties as assigned
  8. Provide support for release deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required
  9. Produce technical and operational documentation

Qualifications:

  1. 2 years relevant experience working with SCCM
  2. Extensive knowledge on AdminsStudio InstallShield who can create MSI package from loose files
  3. 1+ Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience
  4. Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience
  5. Demonstrate a customer focused attitude.
  6. SCCM Feature Knowledge (Applications, packages, baselines, global conditions, task sequences, queries)
  7. Security patching using SCCM with WSUS integration.
