Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Project Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute telecommunication projects.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for infrastructure upgrades or new installations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Technical Support

  • Provide technical support to end-users, including system training and troubleshooting.
  • Document system configurations, changes, and technical manuals.

Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in telecommunication protocols (e.g., SIP, TCP/IP).
  • Experience with routers, switches, and network management tools.
  • Knowledge of fiber optics, RF engineering, and wireless systems.

Problem-Solving:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues quickly.

Communication:

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiar with Air Traffic Radio Communication Systems.
