This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Global Benefits Manager.

  • Develop Benefits Strategy. Develop global benefits strategy and programs to support employee well-being and align with RingCentral's total rewards philosophy.

  • Planning and Designing Benefits Program. Provide strategic direction, planning, design, and financial oversight of all benefit programs globally, including all healthcare benefits, wellness, pension, and leave programs. Design meaningful wellness programs and events to provide ongoing support for our employees. Implement leaves and time off in Workday, partnering with HR Systems.

  • Stakeholder Management. Manage relationships with all global brokers and vendors.

  • Team Management. Lead local Benefits and Wellness team.

  • Market Research. Research market practices and trends to ensure benefit strategy is competitive and aligned with industry best practices.

  • Process Improvement. Identify trends and opportunities to modify and improve benefit programs, policies, streamline processes, and ease administration efforts.

  • Partnership and Collaboration. Partner with our benefit consultants to ensure compliance with all global requirements related to leave management, reporting, and local statutory requirements.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 5+ years of global or international benefits administration experience, preferably in a technology company.

  • 2+ years of experience in absence and accommodation administration.

  • 2+ years of experience or knowledge of global statutory requirements and applicable laws.

  • Benefits Administration Skills: Has technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including strong communication, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and knowledge of benefits programs and regulations.

  • Team Management: Has an ability to delegate tasks, motivate, and resolve conflicts, all while fostering a collaborative and adaptable team environment.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects.

  • Critical Thinker: Strong problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Extremely attentive to detail, with superb oral and written communication skills.

  • Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information.

  • Willing to work on mid shift, between 3 PM to 12 midnight Manila time.

  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (10-11 days in the office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
